Lady and the Pet – Pet Care You Can Trust

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Lady and the Pet ("Service Provider") and the client ("Client") for the provision of pet care services.

Lady and the Pet agrees to provide professional pet care services as scheduled and agreed upon. Services include:

• Dog Walking
  Includes a scheduled walk for your dog, as well as feeding and fresh water if requested.
   
• Drop-In Visits
  Includes feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, and companionship.
   
• Dog Park Visits
  Includes transportation to and from the dog park and supervised playtime.
   

Updates and photos will be provided during each visit to give you peace of mind while you're away.

• All services must be scheduled in advance and paid in full prior to the start date.
   
• Additional services may be added at the Client’s request, subject to availability and may require additional payment.
   

• Client must provide accurate and up-to-date pet care instructions, access to the home, and emergency contact information.
   
• Client agrees to disclose any behavioral issues, health conditions, or aggression risks in advance.
   
• Pets must be current on vaccinations and licensed per local regulations.
   

In the event of a medical or other emergency, Lady and the Pet will attempt to contact the Client immediately. If the Client cannot be reached, Lady and the Pet is authorized to act in the pet’s best interest and seek veterinary care at the Client’s expense.

Lady and the Pet agrees to provide services in a reliable, trustworthy, and loving manner. However, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury, disappearance, or death of pet(s) due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
   
• Damage to property caused by pet(s) during the service period.
   

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Any unused prepaid services will be refunded at the discretion of the Service Provider.

By booking with Lady and the Pet, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we’ve established the following cancellation guidelines:

• Same-Day Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled service.
   
• Cancellations Within 3 Days: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
   
• Cancellations 4 Days or More in Advance: Cancellations made 4 or more days in advance will receive a full refund.
